The Culpeper Police Department is offering a reward of up to $7,500 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of those responsible for the murder of Noah Campbell on Sept. 25.
The incident occurred around 3:34 a.m. when the Culpeper County E-911 Center received a report of a shooting in the 1000 block of Virginia Avenue, according to the police department. Responding officers from the Culpeper Police Department and Culpeper County Sheriff’s Office found Campbell, 25, of Boston, Virginia, suffering a life-threatening gunshot wound. He was transported to UVA Health Culpeper Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Culpeper Police detectives, along with members of the Culpeper County Sheriff’s Office and Virginia State Police, are continuing to investigate. No suspects have been named at this time.
